What’s better than being with good company cozy around the campfire, the perfume of pine trees, a glass of red wine in one hand and a stick toastin’ marshmallow in the other? Nothing. Nothing is better, I tell ya. This is my “happy place”.
I think most of my bright ideas come when I am in my “happy place”. This time it had to do with snickerdoodles. snickerdudettes. the snickersnacker. It’s simple, just replace the graham cracker with this cookie. Don’t get me wrong, there’s nothing wrong with the classic s’more style, but variety is the spice of life, or at least of MY life.
The cinnamon in the snickerdoodle cookie gives it an extra sweetness this dessert has been craving for years. The moistness of the cookie when you bite down, UGH. I die. DIE. The dark chocolate oozey between the cinnamon sugar and toasty ‘mallow….Ok, I guess it DOES get better!
